Not 100% sure still, but I believe that my system was stolen off of my doorstep before I received it. After getting the run around for a little bit by UPS Marty sent me a new system over Thanksgiving because he said "I hate to have unhappy or hustled customers and I'll deal with UPS myself." He took care of everything and made sure I got my new system not long after. Hands down best customer service around and I could not be happier with the product. (My index finger was getting worn out from using a spray bottle but now I can comfortably sit back and do nothing, which is what I'm good at)
