Enjoy a cool outdoors even if you don't have a patio with an EZ Mister.

This frame mister kit includes the 5-Nozzle mister kit only; it does not include the frame. The frame shown in the above picture is for illustration purposes only.

Note: The above sizes can be expanded by using one or more 5-Nozzle Extension Mister Kit #M5EXT-6.

How to Build a Mister Frame

If you are a handy person you can make the frame yourself, it is very simple. The PVC pipes and accessories are available at Home Depot, here are the list of parts needed:

• 3 PVC Pipes 10' long x 1.5" Diameter
• 2 PVC Elbows for 1.5" Diameter PVC Pipes
• 2 Large 5 Gallon Plastic Buckets
• 2 Bags of Concrete
• 1 PVC Glue (Optional)
• 1 PVC Pipe Cutter (or Hacksaw)

Instructions

• Keep one of the pipes with its full 10’ length.
• Using a PVC pipe cutter (or hacksaw), cut the other two PVC pipes 8' long.
• Then set each 8 footer pipes vertically in the center of one of the buckets (you need to have them supported to remain vertical).
• Mix the concrete with water then pour it onto the two buckets, and let it cure overnight.
• Attach the 10' pipe to the top of the two pipes using the two elbows.
• Finally connect the 5-Nozzle Frame Mister Kit to the horizontal PVC pipe, turn the water and enjoy the cool mist.

Note: If you want this frame as a permanent structure, use PVC glue on the pipe/elbow attachment, but for all practical uses you can use them without any glue, this way you can dismantle them at the end of summer season and store them.

TIP: You can improvise, by narrowing the horizontal pipe and running the misters along all three pipes forming a sort of a misting door/tunnel, which would act like a human car wash tunnel. Great for cooling down on hot days. (see picture on our homepage for a 3-D version of this).

General

• If you have hard water, you need a lime reduction Filter #MF6PG, Otherwise the orifices of your nozzles will get clogged in a short time.
• If you have high sediment levels in your water, you need a sediment reduction Filter #MF6S, Otherwise the orifices of your nozzles will get clogged in a short time.
• If you need extra Tubing or Fittings, you can conveniently add that to your order (see related sections).
• Our misting systems requires a minimum of 45 psi water pressure, depending on number of nozzles used, and amount of water flow.
• Our standard tubing color is Black because it is UV treated, to protect it from the sun's UV rays
